BARE LAND CONDOMINIUM
As a Bare Land Condominium, Air Ranch offers a unique opportunity to participate in how your community is managed, maintained and landscaped.
The term ‘Bare Land Condo” means:

Every owner has direct title and ownership of their lot.

Every owner has an undivided interest in the common property of their phase of development, such as private green space, road allowance etc.

Each phase of development will form it’s own board and will assume the self-governance roles relating to their common property once title transfer of at least 50% of the homes has occurred. Currently, the Phase 6 condo board have their fees set in the range of $89/month.

Each phase of development is a limited partner in the structure that owns the Okotoks Air Ranch Airport (a revenue generating operation).

Once the development is completed, the residents, through their individual condo corps, will be in control of the Air Ranch community.
